1. Service provider details
Name, registered seat, company registration number, tax number and contact details of the service provider (COSTES HUNGARY Kft.).
2. Scope and subject of the Terms
Material and temporal scope of the Terms, and the range of regulated services (table reservation, hospitality, events).
3. Reservation and conclusion of contract
The reservation process via the SevenRooms system, the conditions for the contract coming into existence and its confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
How prices are stated (in HUF), the service charge, and the accepted methods of payment.
5. Cancellation and modification
Conditions, deadlines and any fees for cancelling and modifying a reservation.
6. Gift vouchers
Validity, redemption and refund of gift vouchers and gift cards.
7. Guest rights and obligations
House rules, age limit, dress code and the rules applying to the order of the venue.
8. Liability
Provisions on the liability of the service provider and the guest, and the limitation of liability.
9. Complaints and disputes
The method of filing a complaint, turning to the conciliation board, and the options for consumer enforcement.
10. Governing law
The contract is governed by the law of Hungary.
